Time to update!
So it's Late November now & a few months back I was saying that I wanted to loose 10kg & get under 80 by the time I go on my cruise in December.... Uhhhm yeah about that... I at least got under 90. I am currently sitting at about 89kg so at least i'm still down since last time I posted... what is it they say about slow weight loss being the most sustainable? lol!!!
In all seriousness though, I joined my local gym about a month ago & i've been going to aqua aerobics classes. I even tried out a Zumba class the other day (very unco but had fun & def got my heart rate up)
There was a blip last week where I couldn't go because I threw my back out & even now it's stillsore & twingy but I just have to keep pushing on. Truth be toldi'm really loving going to the gym. It may be that i've borrowed (stolen) some of J's tshirts or it could be that awesome feeling of actually doing something good for me. Whatever it is, i'm hanging onto it for dear life!
Nutrition wise - I am but i'm not... if that makes sense. I know the things I should eat, and generally I eat them, but portion sizes & healthier options are things I need to work on to see real improvement. I think i'm partially just telling myself that since i'm exercising it doesn't matter & even though i'm not seeing results as much on the scales, i'm seeing it in clothing i'm mostly just kidding myself. Time to work on this more. Menu planning in my forecast today.
Life in general?
Going good. I'm going on my cruise in just under 2 weeks. Justin & I are good. If I could fix cars that would be better but i'm sure all in time.
Goal for the week? Menu plan, Do what i've set for myself at the gym & come out 1 kg lighter by weeks end.... come at me 88kg!!!!!
