89 kg....
To say I am surprised? No i'm not really.
To say i'm dissapointed? Well yeah I am.
I had a look through my old WW weigh in booklet the other day whilst I was cleaning my room & I was at one point down to 82 kg. So i've gone up by 7kg.
My clothes feel tighter & some of them I just flat out can not wear anymore.
Instead of size 14 in some of my tops I am back to 16
My tummy sticks out more
I wear 18 in pants again
I notice the change in having to carry the extra weight
It may seem strange that 7kg can make so much difference but it does. 7 kg makes 1/2 way to my goal of 75... I could have been 1/2 way there. hell by now I probably could have been there.
Still, it's time to stop berating, and get back to one of my favourite sayings by Greenbay Packers coach Vince Lombardi: Success is like anything worthwhile. It has a price. You have to pay the price to win and you have to pay the price to get to the point where success is possible. Most important, you have to pay the price to stay there.
So, here's to getting there & to staying there.
