Time tolook at my food intake I think cause to be honest today was not great at all.
I started the day off with a cup of herbal tea.... not too bad.
1/2 a cup of milk
Leftover homemade pizza for breakfast....
Lunch was a slice of toblerone cheesecake
Afternoon tea was a handful of Jelly Babies
Dinner was some potato scallops, hot chips & a can of coke.
I didn't consume water today either....
So yeah uhhm heaps of room for improvement.
I think I will track my food on here everyday so I know what I am and aren't eating.
Today was horrible.
Tomorrow I hope to be better.
